Review of existing Romanian agri-food and rural policies in relation to European Community rules governing State-Aid and the acquis-communautaire. Evaluation of the development needs of the Romanian agri-food and rural sectors. Preparation of Sector reports on different agricultural subsectors. Preparation of a detailed plan for the introduction of a market information system.
